Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. A single account may act as both a customer (booking services) and a vendor (offering services).

A booking request is an offer to engage a vendor for a specific date and package. A booking is only confirmed once the vendor accepts it. Availability shown on the platform is indicative and subject to vendor confirmation.

Payments for confirmed bookings are processed through the platform's payment provider. The Vow charges vendors a commission on completed transactions; the current rate is shown on the Pricing page. Vendor payouts are made net of commission.

Customers and vendors may cancel bookings subject to the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation occurs and the vendor's stated policy. Disputes may be raised through the platform for review.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of services delivered, and compliance with applicable laws. The Vow reviews vendor applications and may suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting unlawful content, attempting to circumvent the booking or payment system, or harassing other users.

The Vow is a marketplace and is not a party to the contract between a customer and a vendor. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of vendors or customers. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
